Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All custom, patchwork, and made-to-order items are completely ineligible for returns, changes, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All shipments are fully insured against transit damage. If your item arrives defective, broken, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lowercaseavenue.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. This allows us to file an insurance claim with the carrier, evaluate the issue, and arrange a replacement or solution for you immediately
Shipping Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, it is securely in the hands of the shipping carrier. For your protection, all shipments include carrier package insurance.
- Delays & Transit Issues: Lowercase Avenue LLC is not responsible for courier transit delays. Please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number for the fastest updates.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier before delivery, please contact us so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf to resolve the issue.
- Stolen Packages: Please note that insurance covers items lost in transit. We are not responsible for packages once they are officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
